Metal Powder Supply is a U.S.-based supplier of qualified metal powders, mill product, and specialty alloys for aerospace, defense, additive manufacturing, energy, foundry, and munitions programs. Every engagement is program-tiered, spec-locked, and shipped with a full analytical package.
Every program we take on is qualified, traceable, and program-tiered. Chemistry against spec. PSD against spec. Morphology against spec. Traceability from the mill or atomizer to your dock. Blanket PO or offtake — not one-off transactional supply.
We work primarily with tier-one and tier-two aerospace and defense integrators, additive manufacturing production houses, energy OEMs, foundry and mill operators, and munitions primes. Every relationship begins with an MPS-1 qualification. Nothing ships blind.
Our thesis is that the U.S. industrial base needs feedstock suppliers that operate on program time — 12-month rolling forecasts, 3–7 year offtake agreements, DPA Title III instruments where required — not on spot-market time. Metal Powder Supply is built for program time.
Fifteen active material lines cover the most common feedstocks required by tier-one aerospace and defense integrators: titanium, nickel superalloys, tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, cobalt-chrome, aluminum, magnesium, copper, and ferrous powders and steel media. Every material line ships with a full analytical package — chemistry, PSD, morphology, flow, density, moisture — against buyer specification.
Program-tiered by design. We don't sell spot lots. Every engagement is structured under MPS-1 (qualification), MPS-2 (production blanket PO), or MPS-3 (strategic offtake). This means volume, timeline, and specification are locked before feedstock moves.
Full analytical package on every lot. Chemistry (ICP-MS + LECO), PSD (static laser diffraction), morphology (DIA + SEM retention), flow (Hall/Carney), apparent and tap density, and moisture. No lot ships without the package.
Refractory-metal literate. Tungsten heavy alloys, C-103, Ta-10W, TZM, and Hastelloy family are not exotics on this desk — they are portfolio staples.
U.S.-based. Powders, mill products, and specialty alloys sourced, qualified, and shipped from the United States for aerospace, defense, energy, and additive programs.
Program buyer, atomization partner, mill or refiner, or DoD program office — every serious inquiry gets a same-week response.
