Metal Powder Supply operates a three-tier program framework — from initial qualification (MPS-1), through recurring production supply (MPS-2), to strategic multi-year offtake and materials security agreements (MPS-3). Every serious buyer we ship to operates under a tier. Nothing goes out on ad-hoc PO alone.

MPS-1 · Qualification

First-article and qualification-lot program. Chemistry, PSD, morphology, and process locks against your specification. 6–12 weeks.

SINGLE-LOT · QUALIFY · CERTIFY

MPS-2 · Production

Recurring production supply against a blanket purchase agreement. VMI available, rolling 12-month forecast, monthly delivery cadence.

RECURRING · VMI · BLANKET PO

MPS-3 · Strategic

Multi-year offtake, materials security, and joint qualification. For programs of record, DPA Title III, and prime-tier bill of materials.

3–7 YR · OFFTAKE · STRATEGIC
