Metal Powder Supply operates a program-tiered materials-handling operation with staged inventory, argon-purge repackaging capability, and secure controlled-goods storage. Programs of scale run under vendor-managed inventory at our staging locations or at 3PL partners.

CAPABILITY 01
Staged Inventory
Program-committed feedstock inventory staged at MPS-managed locations. Enables VMI, consignment, and rapid-response supply for programs of record.
CAPABILITY 02
Argon Repackaging
Argon-purge repackaging capability for AM-grade powders. Sealed drum program with tamper-evident closure and moisture verification prior to shipment.
CAPABILITY 03
Controlled Goods Storage
ITAR-controlled materials segregated with access-controlled receiving, chain-of-custody logging, and destination-screening review prior to release.
CAPABILITY 04
3PL Partner Network
Bonded 3PL partners at coastal ports and inland distribution nodes. Enables consolidated freight, LTL/FTL flexibility, and export container staging.
CAPABILITY 05
Sample Retention Library
QA sample retention for every qualified-program lot. 10-year minimum retention on aerospace and defense programs; longer on programs of record.
CAPABILITY 06
Energetic Handling
ATF Type 20 / Type 30 magazine storage under development for energetic-grade metallic feedstock. Licensing status released to qualified buyers under NDA at program qualification.
