Ingot, sow, T-bar, and steel media supply to melt shops, foundries, surface-preparation operations, and secondary metal processors. Volume feedstock with mill traceability, staged inventory, and consolidated freight.
Ingot, sow, and T-bar supply into aluminum, copper, magnesium, and specialty non-ferrous melt shops. Standard forms include 25-lb, 50-lb, and 1000-lb aluminum sows (99.7+ purity), copper cathode (LME Grade A), magnesium ingot in AZ and WE alloys, and specialty T-bars for continuous-caster feed.
All melt feedstock ships with full mill traceability — a heat number tied back to the primary producer, chemistry certificate on file, and radiation clearance for scrap-derived stock. LME warrant transfers available for Grade A copper cathode and P1020 aluminum.
Steel shot — cast carbon-steel shot in the full S110–S780 size range, per SAE J444 and SFSA specification. Standard for shot-blasting foundry castings, structural steel prep, and railcar overhaul. Sold by 50-lb bag, super-sack (2000 lb), or bulk truck.
Steel grit — angular grit in GL (hardness 40–50 HRC), GP (55–60 HRC), and GH (63+ HRC) hardness ranges. G10 through G120 size range. Used for aggressive descaling, weld-scale removal, and mill-scale finish work.
Cut wire shot — carbon-steel and stainless cut wire in 0.008–0.062 inch diameters. Standard for shot peening of aerospace fasteners, springs, and gears under AMS 2431 and MIL-S-13165.
Blast & peening abrasives — glass bead, ceramic bead, aluminum oxide, garnet, and specialty ceramic media stocked for surface-preparation programs.
Foundry and mill programs run under MPS-2 (production) with rolling forecasts, VMI (vendor-managed inventory) options, and consolidated freight from our staging locations. Standard commercial terms are Net 30 on qualified accounts, FOB Origin or Destination as specified. LME-linked pricing available on aluminum and copper on request.
Every program starts with a technical intake — bill of materials, spec references, volumes, and traceability requirements. We respond inside forty-eight hours with a qualification path.
