Primary aluminum is the base feedstock for aerospace, automotive, and industrial aluminum operations. P1020A (99.7% pure) is the LME-deliverable grade; specialty grades (P0506A, P0303A) offer tighter iron and silicon limits for aerospace forgings. We supply ingot, sow, and T-bar for foundry and mill remelt operations.

Aluminum AM has consolidated around AlSi10Mg (die-cast-alloy analog) as the workhorse and Al-Sc-Mg (Scalmalloy®-class) as the high-strength option for structural aerospace. We source AM powder from qualified U.S. and European gas-atomizers with LPBF-tuned rheology and oxygen ≤ 200 ppm.
