The quality package, batch records, chain-of-custody, and export administration are held by Metal Powder Supply and released under program agreement.

Certificates of registration are provided to qualified buyers under NDA at program qualification. Metal Powder Supply, as the sourcing and quality authority on the contract, holds the qualification package, lot records, and chain-of-custody for every shipment.
AS9100D
Production partner certified to AS9100D for aerospace and defense feedstock. Certificate of registration released to qualified buyers under NDA at program qualification.
ISO 9001:2015
Production partner registered to ISO 9001:2015. Registrar and certificate released to qualified buyers under NDA at program qualification.
NADCAP-AUDITED LABS
Aerospace and defense chemistry, mechanical, and NDT testing routed through NADCAP-audited partner laboratories. Lab certificates issued per lot.
MPS QUALITY LAYER
Metal Powder Supply operates a documented sourcing, incoming inspection, and lot-release quality system aligned to AS9100D principles. Independent registration under evaluation on a program-by-program basis.
CMMC 2.0
CMMC Level 2 readiness under implementation. Assessment schedule released to qualified buyers under NDA at program qualification.
03EXPORT CONTROLS

Export Control Status

ITAR
Controlled defense articles handled under Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) protocols, including tungsten heavy alloys per USML Category III, refractory metals per USML Category XI where applicable, and energetic-grade aluminum and magnesium. Registration status confirmed under NDA at program qualification.
EAR
Dual-use materials administered under the Export Administration Regulations. Titanium, refractory metals, and specialty powders classified under the appropriate ECCN with end-use, end-user, and destination screening on all foreign transactions.
DFARS 252.225-7009
Specialty-metal supply-chain compliance for aerospace and defense programs. U.S. or qualifying-country melt and pour on all covered specialty metals, documented per lot.
DFARS 252.204-7012
Safeguarding covered defense information. CMMC Level 2 readiness project maps to this clause; interim compliance via commercial cyber controls.
END-USE CERTIFICATION
End-use, end-user, and destination screening on all export transactions and on domestic transactions involving controlled defense articles.
