Program-intake information — name, title, company, email, phone, country, and program-scoping information submitted via the Program Intake form.
Correspondence — email and other written correspondence with Metal Powder Supply.
Web analytics — anonymized web traffic data collected via industry-standard analytics tools (page views, referrer, device / browser class, coarse geography). No cross-site behavioral advertising cookies are used.
Compliance data — where required for ITAR / EAR export screening, we collect end-use and end-user information as necessary to comply with applicable export control law.

2. How We Use Information

Respond to program intake and correspondence;
Structure, negotiate, and administer program-tier agreements (MPS-1 / MPS-2 / MPS-3);
Ship, invoice, and support the sale of feedstock;
Comply with applicable law, including export control screening;
Improve our website and communications.

We do not sell user information. We do not use user information for cross-site behavioral advertising.

3. Sharing

We share information only with:

Service providers acting on our behalf (freight, laboratory testing, banking, insurance) under confidentiality obligations;

Program partners (atomizers, mills, refiners) where necessary to fulfill a program obligation, and only to the minimum extent required.

We maintain commercial-grade administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Programs subject to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling are managed under our CMMC 2.0 readiness posture and — for covered contracts — subject to enhanced safeguarding per DFARS 252.204-7012.

5. Retention

We retain information as long as necessary to serve the program, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Program-lot analytical packages and traceability records are retained for a minimum of 10 years for aerospace and defense programs.

6. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided by contacting info@metalpowdersupply.com. Some retention obligations may prevent deletion of program-related records.

7. International Users

Metal Powder Supply operates in the United States. Information provided by users outside the United States is transferred to and processed in the United States. By submitting information, non-U.S. users consent to this transfer.

8. Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or continued correspondence constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
