industry.

Metal Powder Supply is a program-tier metal powder supplier operating over a certified U.S. production network. Spherical AM powders for LPBF, EBM, and DED — angular industrial powders for press-and-sinter, MIM, hardfacing, and foundry — refractory, reactive, and base metals across fifteen material families. Every lot ships with certified chemistry, PSD, morphology, and full lot traceability.

Adversary Supply.

The refractory and reactive metals that define modern defense platforms—tungsten, tantalum, niobium, titanium, molybdenum—flow through refining and atomization capacity concentrated in geographies the United States does not control. Every program built on that supply is one export restriction away from a stop-work.

Metal Powder Supply exists to close that gap. We contract multi-source production across U.S. and allied atomizers, mills, and refiners — each registered to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 — hold qualified stock against active program specifications, and ship with the chemistry, PSD, morphology, and origin documentation that DFARS, ITAR, and program-specific quality clauses require.

We do not chase spot orders. We contract at the program level—blanket agreements, held stock, and 4-week standard lead times—so that qualification, first article, and full-rate production all draw from the same qualified feedstock. Qualification volumes are accepted where they lead to a production award; sub-scale one-offs and hobbyist quantities are not.

Three supply pathways.

One qualified U.S. production network, three ways to engage — spherical AM feedstock, industrial and foundry forms, and base-metal stock — each with certified chemistry, PSD control, and lot traceability.

Programs,
not projects.

Metal Powder Supply contracts against qualified production programs, blanket agreements, and multi-year strategic supply — not one-off spot buys or hobbyist quantities. Our engagement model is built around held stock, revision-controlled documentation, and price protection across a program lifecycle. If you need a single shipment or a sample-only order, we're not the right supplier.

MPS-1 Qualification

Prove the powder against your process. Qualification lot supply against a program spec, with full documentation and retained samples — sized to your qualification cycle.
